Requested my withdrawal of $1000 (which is actually $725 now, they took $275 even after playing through the 40x sign up bonus). It's been over a month since requesting my withdrawal and it still has not been sent.
I've contacted Customer Support multiple times and they keep saying "We can escalate a ticket to 'The Finance Department' to look into it, and nothing happens.
If you ask them to reach out to the Finance Department directly, they will tell you they cannot reach anyone, and it will take 24-72 hours to receive a response via e-mail.
No contact from anyone. When you ask for a supervisor, miraculously the supervisor is always on break or not there. Unsatisfactory business practice and customer service.
