Please keep in mind that as per the AGCCS Terms and Guidelines which you accepted upon registering and using our complaints system, you are obliged to provide the necessary level of assistance and cooperation during the process and providing updates in a timely manner is a must.

Your two remaining withdrawals (relating to this complaint) were paid earlier this week: 3/17 Paid $3180 + $20 Service Fee for transactions #119654533 ($1,500.00), #119654536 ($1,700.00). Our processor confirmed the wire was completed on the 19th, so you should have the funds in your account by now.
Regarding your recent withdrawal, I'll be keeping an eye on it for you to ensure it is paid within the normal timeframe. As you already have direct contact with me...and the withdrawals relating to this complaint have been paid in full...I'd respectfully like to ask that you close this complaint as resolved. If for some unforeseen reason your new withdrawal does not get paid as it should, you can always open a new complaint.
