I did win from a bonus and all the conditions were met.
I opened a coinbase account and deposited $10 in Bitcoin to Royal Ace just as I was instructed in order to withdraw. I guess the hope is that you won't go through all that trouble for $100 and instead, you'll just play the balance until it's gone. Well, I went through the trouble and the waiting until everything was complete all the way around and what I got was most of my $10.00 Bitcoin deposit returned to me and the rest ($100) of the withdrawal canceled by the manager.
When I contact the manager by email he won't respond, when I try to call both phone numbers listed for support they are always busy and the Live Support button when logged in doesn't ever work. And maybe this is all a coincidence and the manager is just too busy to provide any explanation at all. But I'm not lazy and I'm not stupid either.
And I do feel better now that I said it but I'm in the ignorant fake U.S. and he's not and I'm not getting anything from them, so I'm done.

The reason your withdrawal has been denied is because our Fraud Team has found you've opened multiple accounts and have used inconsistent personal information with the casino. All this goes against our terms and conditions:
