Refused payment from bonus
I reciieved a cash back bonus In the amount of $73. I met all playthrough requirement and proceeded to request a check withdrawal In the amount of $2500 with the understanding that the maximum amount that I was eligible to recieve was $147 (2xs the cash back) according to terms and conditions.
I recieved an email stating that I would need to upload proof of the debit card used to deposit fund. I uploaded the requested documentation and recieved verification the the information was accepted. Following verifications transactions on my account identify that a manager request in the amount of $2500 was denied on 5/3/2024. Subsequently on the same day 5/3/2024 a manager request was approved in the amount of $2353. Which aligned with the $147 amount I was eligible to withdraw. Upon checking the status of the $147 payment I was notified that thr payment was denied due to the funds being added back to my account and played down which did not occur. Upon review of account transactions there is no evidence of thr $147 being added back to my account I am requesting payment on the amount of $147 that was fairly won.
