I submitted a withdrawal request on March 11 2021. After a month I contacted Royal Ace and asked for status. I was told they are busy and to have patience.
I waited another month and asked got another status. I was told they are busy with requests and to have patience.
I’ve followed up with them 15 times and continue to be told they are busy, have patience, and it’s been escalated more than 15 times.
I’m tired of asking and heard you are a good source with which to assist.
