I have a withdrawal that was submitted on 06/03/2021 and it is now 08/14/2021 and I have still not received it. I have had numerous online chats and have called Support+ several times. I keep getting the wait 3 days and call back and that the payout team is backed up. I also have three large subsequent withdrawals that need to be paid on a timely basis. All required documents have been submitted and verified. I have had previous withdrawals that all took over a month to get. I play at other casinos and have received my payment within 48 hours. I don't understand what the problem is.

Regarding the shortfall from your requested amount, this is because you received a bonus. All bonuses are non-withdrawable and as such, removed from your total withdrawal amount.
