I requested a withdrawal on November 22, 2020 for $400. On December 8 I was told that my payment had been sent to the payment service provider. Throughout the remaining month of December I frequently contacted Royal Aces customer service and was told the same thing over and over again. I warned customer service that I would be submitting a complaint with askgamblers.com and their story changed. They said that it had not been sent off to the payment service provider and they still had it and were awaiting documents from me. My ID had expired (it wasn’t when I requested the withdrawal) so I immediately submitted an update copy of my ID. That was over two weeks ago and now when I contact customer service I’m getting the “ it was approved and sent to the payment service provider on Dec. 8th” my last conversation with them they tell me now they need the credit card verification form and I no longer have that card. Regardless I did as instructed and sent it with the notation that I no longer had that card. Why wasn’t I informed of these things long ago? Another stall tactic. I mean enough come on and pay me. It’s principal at this point
