Overdue payment on withdrawals of $2200
I am submitting my complaint against Royal Ace Casino for over due payment on my withdrawal. I submitted a withdrawal for $1200.00 and $1000.00 and four weeks later my withdrawal is still in pending status. I have contacted Royal Ace Casino as you will see as in the message transcripts below that I received from Royal Ace customer service that my payment is over due. You will also see that was told that this issue will be escalated highest priority and to check back in 2 - 3 days. I have been told multiple times my case will be escalated and to check back in 2 - 3 days as you will see in the transcripts below. In the the terms of Royal Ace Casino it states payout approvals will be approved within 7 days. I have been patiently waiting now for a month and have not received any sort of update other then it has been escalated check back in 2 - 3 days. I would not recommend Royal Ace Casino to anybody poor customer service and they don’t take phone calls and to me that doesn’t seem right cause they have no problems taking my money in minutes but delay payment on withdrawals and nobody to discuss payment issues by phone. So I do not know what else to do but submit this complaint and hope that some action will be done.
