No response regarding withdrawals
Hello Tawni,
You helped me in the past getting my withdrawals paid to me. I won at Royal Ace on February 7th and made 2 withdrawals. The first was for 2,500 and the second was for 1,800.
I also withdrew a final amount of my winnings on February 10th for 1,800. I went through the identity process and submitted the documents requested. I received an email that identity was verified and documents received. On February 19th Avianna < surname removed > from the Support Center sent an email needing payout information in order to process my withdrawals. I sent her the information immediately. Since submitting that request I’ve emailed at least 3 times wanting to know the status. I have not received a response from anyone. I submitted all required documents and do not understand why I have not received any of the 3 withdrawals requested. Please help.
