No payments since jackpot win, no email response
Hello,
I have tried numerous times to contact Royal Ace Casino through emails and phone and received no response. Just their generic email with a reference number stating they will get back in 5 business days. 5 business days would pass and no response received.
My documents and wire transfer information is up to date. I currently have requested 5 wire withdrawals:
1800 requested on 8/9/19 approved for 1400 on 8/15/19
Won a Jackpot on 8/15/19 and requested 4 wire withdrawals for 2500
2140 approved on 8/21/19
2500 approved on 8/29/19
2500 approved on 9/4/19
Last 2500 is still showing as requested
I was able to get through to chat recently and was transferred to 3 to 4 different people and was disconnected by them or they just left the chat and left me hanging. Finally I was told to send a copy of my bank statement which I immediately told them I would not. There is absolutely no reason that they would need such private information. They have all the wire transfer information necessary for payment and I’ve never had any issues with receiving payments. If they have a problem now then they need to issue me checks. I’m waiting for approximately 11,400. This is so unfair. I’ve player at Royal Ace for a long time and never had any problems till I won the Jackpot. All I want is my payments. Please help.
