You’ve help me previously in getting my withdrawal. I requested my withdrawal on 4/8/21 in the amount of $2500. I received a Congratulations on your win from Royal Ace on 4/8 and heard nothing thereafter. I emailed on 4/18 wanting to know the status and was told I would get a response in 5 days 9252839. Heard nothing after 5 days and emailed using the Reference #9252839 wanting the status and received another email stating they would respond in 5 days using a new Reference #932460. Don’t understand what the problem is.
All documents are up to date. Hoping you can help.
