I won $466, this casino took over $300 off me even though that on the promo code and fine print no max cash out no playthrough and there was no fee. This was won in October, so they left me with $116 I never received it have done a deposit and withdrawal previously which actually took 3 months to get.
This time I don’t get it at all they keep saying some sort of an excuse I have emailed their finance department over 2 weeks ago with screenshot and have emailed again and again with no reply, when I go onto chat they say they can’t help because it is with the finance team I have email help desk and still nothing back.
We are now almost in February and I want all my $400 odd dollars that I have previously woN, even the $116 would be good but to no prevail.
