It's has been a month since I requested a withdraw from royal ace casino 5/8/23 and have not received any funds or approval of said withdraw. Was told to wait 10 days for payout so after those 10 days I contacted chat and received three escalations because I was past the timeline but still no funds.i was told that someone here could help me? I can attach a screenshot for evidence. Please assist!
