Once again, Royal Ave is stalling. I'm well aware this company takes at least 1 month to pay their customers. It's a known fact, 7/7 of my withdraws have taken a minimum of 30 days. now it appears they are even going to take longer.
Their first "process" is approving the withdraw. Per their policy, this is to take 5-7 business days. I submitted this withdrawal on March 23, it has not passed the "first stage" of their payout process. After repeated contacts, I have been told to contact them on Monday (April 11), which will be exactly 3 weeks since I requested the withdrawal.
This is beyond ridiculous, especially considering almost every other online casino in the industry pays out within 48 hours
