Have chatted with customer service many times. They say they are "migrating" my account.
They have assigned me new usernames which do not work and I can no longer sign on to my account except thru Iclave and when I do get on, there are no pending withdraws shown and no transactions shown.

The trouble with this is that YOU provided the crypto addresses which were used. Those were the addresses you provided at the time you requested the withdrawals--no one else provided those. We have no way to pull those funds.
Both of these addresses that the funds were issued to are still active, so there is no reason why you would not be able to contact the wallet(s).
I'm sorry, but there is nothing I can do further to help with this.

There were no attached documents from Polina that shed any light other than to say the addresses used to make payment were those that I supplied. They were not. The correct addresses were changed during the account “migration” process. My withdrawals were declined on January 27, 2022 and approved with the changed addresses that were changed on your end incorrectly and I have never received the funds. If your people would trace the crypto addresses you used, you would see I am not the recipient. Much the same way you changed my user name without my permission and knowledge.
