I started my withdrawal on December 9 December 27 it was finally approved. It still not in my account, and for about a week or so the live chat button has disappeared.
For days ago I started trying to call there hot line and none of those numbers work. I emailed the help 2 or 3 time and I have gotten a response. Checked my account and there are no pending payments

First, let's go over two very important terms which are clearly posted:

4. Players cannot redeem multiple free bonuses consecutively. If you have redeemed one No Deposit Bonus and are subsequently offered another one, a real-money deposit needs to have been made in the interim for you to be eligible to withdrawal the second No Deposit Bonus.
17. The Player is entitled to only one free chip in between deposits; any winnings resulting from multiple free chips will be void. For example, should a Player redeem two free chips in a row, he/she will not be able to withdraw any winnings generated by playing on said chip.

Given the fact that you've used multiple free chips in a row (in fact, you've never made a single real money deposit), your withdrawal has been denied. Further your winnings have been voided, according to the posted terms.
