I won a large amount of money in august of this year,I have been promised to recieve my winnings in 2500.00 instalments,that I would recieve them once a week untill paid in full.I have only recieved two payments aand recieving them have been like a trip to the dentist,both not the full amount and not on time.I underdtand the play threw and bonus issues completely,but I satisfied those my first payment and my second payment was even shorter than the first,I have called so many times and left a message and still have so many questions not only about my payments but about the revinue sharing and the insurance that comes with my vip status...will my paymentd be on time now every week as promised and might thete be a better eazier way to be paid threw netteller if my account is linked then i could acess my winnings very eazily or no ? So much to discover about my newest favorite est casino but no help.

I apologize for the difficulties you've been having with this. Now that I'm aware of your issue, I'll be following your account to ensure all payments are sent off as they should be.

I've checked on your account and I do see your first withdrawal was already sent off: 11/12 Paid $1230 + $20 Service fees for transaction #40480160. I can see from the processor detail that the wire was confirmed as sent of the 13th.

I had your next payment sorted for you, Friday: 11/23 Paid $2500 + no fees for transaction #42253694. I would expect you'll find the funds in your account towards the end of this week.
