I sent in my Bitcoin withdrawal request for Royal Ace Casino with $1091 on 09/01/2019. It was finally approved on 09/19/2019, but I still haven't received anything. I have been fully verified. Customer service just keeps saying wait and they escalated it. Would like to get a true update on why this is being delayed so much.
