Almost 3 months since I requested 4100 dollars. The payments were broken up into 2 payments. I received the first payment in 5 days.

I just called the casino again and the transaction number you gave for the 8/6/21 payment shows its linked to the 7/14/21 payment the casino states they sent out already. The casino is asking for my July bank statement to proceed to the next step. They claim to have no record of any other payments sent out to me. So you never explained what happened to the 7/14/21 wire transfer I never received?????

Hi Tawni. I spoke with customer service on yesterday 8/9/2021 via phone and they said nothing about a payment being sent out so I'm definitely confused now. I was told they would forward an email to payments due to the issue.
