Did a withdrawal request November 7, 2022. They kept saying I didn't have everything verified even tho I submitted everything at least 3 times. Then they said the wire was declined. So I requested a check on 11/23/22 and they keep telling me that it has been approved but hasn't gone out to third party payment provider yet. After 22 days I would think they could of sent it out by now. I need help getting my money I won. Please.
