Dear administration Askgamblers. I appeal to you for help. For over a month I can not get a payment of $ 900 from the Royal Ace Casino. The first request for payment made 02/02/2017. Then immediately I sent documents. A few days later, a request for withdrawal canceled. I again sent the documents and put back the money for the payment. Payment to cancel again. And so a few times. Although according to the terms of the casino, the payment approval should not take more than 10 days. And I have about 30 days can not approve and pay back the money. Trying to be contacted by phone and live chat support with casinos failed.
