I requested a withdrawal on 8/1/2018 and was told that it would be reviewed for approval within 3-5 business days. In the meantime, all of my documents have been received by the casino and verified and i was told the money would be sent upon approval. I have yet to receive any correspondence other than from the ducuments team or when i get on LIve Chat. Live Chat initially said the funds would be wired withing 3-5 business days. But when I saw that the transaction still showed pending, i inquired again and they said that it still had to be approved. Since then, I was told it was escalated and they are very busy with withdrawals. I still have not heard from them and need help to get my legitimate winnings. thank you!

It is now late Wednesday night and I still have not received the funds.
Tawni can you please check that the wire transfer was sent using the same account information an my previous withdrawal in March? All of my information is the same so there should be no confusion. But last time it went thru the processor quicker so I would like to confirm the account info.
