Unfortunately, I find myself here...once again. Asking for Tawni's assistance....once again.
I have approx $18,000 in approved and/or pending withdrawals, going back to 1/15/2020. I really really hate filing complaints here, but it appears to be the only way to get direct and accurate information. It would be nice if there were a way for players to see the transactions paid, processed and confirmed, instead of being left out here wondering.... (Am I missing something here?)
I did contact customer support a couple of weeks ago and was given completely inaccurate information about payments paid. So, I am here, once again asking for assistance...I love playing at these casinos and the games they offer, but it really is frustrating that we have to go this far for payments.
Can AG please help?

Approved 2/6 $413 - 2/14 Paid $400.50 + $12.50 Service Fee for transaction #58962530 Confirmed as completed by our processor, 2/25.
2/25 Paid $1318 + $20 Service Fee for transactions #59282957 ($463) Approved 2/14, #59367510 ($350) Approved 2/17 & #59694494 ($525) Approved 2/25 Confirmed as completed by our processor, 2/25.
With this in mind, I would expect you would have received these wires between 2/25 - 2/29. Can you please go back and check your account to see if you can locate these? Please let me know.

Tawni I would appreciate you supplying what I've asked for. It's been nearly a month that I've been waiting and you've done nothing but push me off!! I find it very hard to believe you have no records of the payments these casinos make?! I shouldnt be waiting an entire month to prove that I wasn't ripped off! If you cant handle this please pass it on to someone that can! You've been pushing me off for weeks!, please give me the nfo asap!
