Submitted a withdrawal on 5/9/2019 for $2000 ($1600 after bonus removed), completed verification on 5/15/2019, and withdrawal was approved on 5/17/2019. Chat agents have repeatedly stated it would be a few more days. Nobody ever answers the phone and when I leave a message I never get a call back. Emailed payments@casinosupportcenter.com and do not get a response. I'd really appreciate assistance on getting this resolved.
