Dear Ask Gamblers,
Can you please help me in getting the remaining winnings. On November 5th I had won $3,678. The max cash out for any transaction is $2500. The day after I submitted my complaint on here against Raging Bull was also the same day Royal Ace had paid me the initial $2,500 and approved the remaining payment of $1,178. They told me it can take up to 10 business days to pay out the remaining $1178. That 10th business day would have been this past Friday, 12/22. I contacted them yesterday and they agreed I should have been paid (and I saved the chat if you need it). I know it’s the holidays so response might be a little slower but can you please investigate to help me find out when they will pay my remaining $1178?
