I submitted a withdrawal request on June 18th. They keep saying they're waiting on my bank details but everyone I speak to in the chat bot section said they can clearly see all my information has been verified and someone should be contacting me by email in 3-5 business days. That was on July 1st. I still haven't heard from them even though I message almost daily to check on my money and it's always the same answer that someone will contact me by email and I still haven't heard anything.
