I have two withdrawals dating from 5/28 for the amount of $1,003.23 and 6/3 for $1,242.07 that are still pending. I have made multiple attempts through email as well as the chat to find out why they are still pending and I am told that they are sorry for the delay and to check back in 3-5 business days, so I wait a week or so and then I check back again and they again tell me 3-5 business to check back. I had to verify myself all over again because it was taking so long- which I did and has been approved- and I have updated my payment method (Bitcoin) so many times over again because they keep asking for an updated payment method even though I send it over and over. I don’t know what to do anymore. I have added screenshots of the chat bot telling me everything is updated, and to check back in 3-5 days. But it has been months already, I don’t know how many more 3-5 days I have to keep waiting to get this resolved? Please help!
