My payment has been pending for two weeks, before that it was pending many weeks and cancelled because they never received my withdrawal paperwork. I submitted it at least 4 times and have utilized the chat feature at least 10 times trying to resolve the issue with the numerous reference numbers I have been given. They have finally agreed that they have all of my paperwork but I am still delayed and cannot get any answers except that at some point in time I will be paid. The only thing I know to do is dispute the transactions with my bank and formslly address it here in hopes of it being resolved.

I'm not sure what happened--I was certain I'd replied with the transaction details for this.
As you should already be aware, your payment was not only sent off to our processor (8/6 Paid $475 for transaction #37161239), but was delivered to you on August 9th. ;-)
