Yes I'm once again submitting another complaint due to once again another delayed payment. On the 2nd of November I put in another withdrawal request for 2500 and it's been over a week since I have seen a change in the pending request. This is seriously getting ridiculous and I'd like to start seeing weekly withdrawal deposits in my account. As I said before y'all at one point in time used to be consistent on paying me 2500 a week and my available withdrawal amount that I currently have is $80,000. So if we can resolve this immediately and professionally I'd greatly appreciate it.

We would suggest you to follow advice given by Casino representative concerning your withdrawal requests.

There are two more approvals which have already been sorted and I expect the payment will issued tomorrow.
On a separate note...
The reason things went a bit sideways for you (previously), was because you've been requesting withdrawals weekly. By doing things this way, your account remains in the hands of our Withdrawals Department, and I have no way to watch over things. Currently, we have no withdrawals which are outside of the normal timeframe, as laid out in our terms and conditions. In order for me to keep watch on your withdrawals, you would need to request all withdrawals at one time. This way, I can add these to my work list. Further, because none of your withdrawals are delayed, it's not really reasonable to keep this complaint open.
With this in mind, the best way forward would be for you to request all of your withdrawals now--if you do this, I'll be able to follow your account until all payments are issued. Please keep in mind, whether you continue requesting withdrawals weekly or request all at once, your withdrawals will remain within the normal timeframe for approval and payment. I will be asking that AskGamblers consider this and close this complaint.
