I played at Royal ace slots in may. I won a max payout of $12500 on the cash bandits 3 game. I made sure from chat that all conditions of my coupon were met. I even kept playing and then did 3 withdrawal requests on 5/28/21 for 2490, 2460 and 2430. my coupon bonus would be subtracted from this and I would net about $6500. I waited 2 weeks for approvals to start showing but they never did. I then started doing daily chats. every chat would say everything is in order...we will 'escalate'. They haven been escalating for over a month now and still no approvals. I had one or two previous wins from royal ace and they paid in their time frame. But this time I am being totally stronewalled. Not sure if they are short on money or just trying to stiff me. I would not deposit a dime in Royal ace from now on. Players beware!

After spending 6 weeks literally BEGGING Royal Ace to approve my withdrawals (chatting with them on a daily basis)....one complaint on your board and in a matter of days, I now see all 3 approved!!!
(3 withdrawals requested 5/28 .... 3 withdrawals approved 7/30)
I have not received the funds yet, but i feel 100% better at this point that the process seems to be moving again.
