Delay in payments
On 03/27/2021 I submitted 8 withdraw requests for $2,500.00 each (total of $20,000) Sometime between April 25th and April 27 my first withdraw was approved and I received a check on 05/13/2021. I still have 7 withdraw requests in the que and have been contacting live support for weeks trying to get the next check sent out. They offered me an email address for payments and I contacted them as well. All I get is the same story, its bee escalated after 3 days with the email support I have not seen any evidence that they are going to approve any send my remaining payments.
Based on their terms and conditions they should be sending a check every week after the first one was approved.
At least that how I interpret this statement. "Payment will be made in 7 to 10 business days after approval. A maximum of $2,500 will be sent per week. All balances will be sent the following week(s). This amount may vary due to processor limitations."
