I'm requesting assistance in getting my winnings paid. I requested a wire transfer on 20 September of $2500, which was declined on 29 September 2020. I was told my Bank info was not on file, so I resubmitted the information.
I never received a reference number for the document I submitted.

Apparently there was a small fly in the ointment, as your payment was not sent off to our processor until yesterday: 10/10 Paid $1945 + no Service Fee for transaction #67749678. I would expect you'll find the funds in your account towards the end of this week. ;-)
