I put in a withdrawal request for $2001.73 on 1/3/2022 at 11:03 PM. My payment method is Bitcoin and I received an email stating " Your Bitcoin crypto address has been updated and your payment will be processed as soon as your withdrawal is approved. This was from < full name removed > ( o4gtk851rh). I have been reaching out to the customer service via live chat and they inform me they will send this to the escalated team and apologize for my inconveniences. It has been more than a month and I have not received my payment nor it hasn't been approved yet. Can someone please help me? I am a VIP member
