Declining withdraw, waiting almost a year
Yes my name is < full name removed > and I have a complaint to get help with please. First off Royal Ace Casino has been sending me threw every loop fold there has ever been when it comes to receiving my winnings I have tried to receive now for prob close to a year. I did everything they asked me to do I even have the emails stating that the only thing I needed to fix as they do not do wire transfers to credit unions. So I asked them which banks they did except which they told me First Citizens Bank and that the bank account needed to be active, I asked exactly how long they said 2 weeks as in active by basically using the account. So I did that put in for my withdrawal and they denied it not just once but twice I have sent numerous emails and they won't even so much as return my emails I've tried the phone number and you have to have some special code and they won't give me the code so I could physically talk to someone. I'm about ready to hire a lawyer and take them to court because I find it ridiculous that they have held my winnings for months and months when I won it by using money they received no problem at all. But the payout I heard by reviews is slow but a year later really? I really could use that $1600 right now. Like I said I have emails and emails stating all my stuff was excepted everything all the way to the information about opening account at First Citizens making sure it is active which now is my bank I bank with so I use it daily for months now.
