Hello, I am submitting this complaint in regards to a pending withdrawal request from December 19th, 2021 for the total amount of $2,500.
I have been reaching out to customer support daily and each one of the customer support specialists tends to either tell me that I should be seeing the withdrawal in my account within the week or that they are doing a follow up in which the follow up will be sent to the withdrawal team which oddly enough no one from the public is allowed to talk to. And when it comes to asking to speak to a head rep I feel like I get denied.
The complaint was published on January 15th. Having that in mind, all withdrawal issues from later dates are not part of the ongoing complaint. Based on the fact that the player confirmed that the withdrawal in question got paid our team has no other option but to close this case as Resolved.
The player is welcome to submit a new complaint about any new withdrawal issues related.
