I requested a withdrawal on January 30th, 2021 in the amount of $1500 usd and it hasn't been processed. I've contacted Royal Ace Casino on multiple occasions though live chat and email and get the same answers. That the withdrawal is definitely delayed and they will escalate to the finance department. My identification is verified and bank account information is approved for wire transfer. It's been well over 30 business days, which is unacceptable. Royal Ace seems to be giving me the run around and not wanting to pay the withdrawal. I've withdrew on other casinos with no issues. Royal Ace just pay me my winnings so I can move on from this horrible experience.
