I've reviewed your account and I can see that your withdrawal request was denied, as you broke our terms regarding multiple free chips in a row:

You used two free chips in a row without a real money deposit between. The only deposit you've made was a $13 Litecoin verification deposit AFTER you'd built your funds for your withdrawal request. Depositing after you've built the funds would not qualify you for a successful withdrawal.
Your $13 verification deposit was refunded to your wallet on June 26th.
