I have been trying to get my first withdrawl from Royal Ace Casino since May, 2021. There is always an excuse or reason why it was not paid out.
I have submitted all documents and Bitcoin address as well as followed all of their instructions. I have 3 pending withdrawls now totalling $3200. None of which have been paid.
I have tried chatting and they tell me it has been escalated but still no money.
As of today, the site says it is not available to US players so I am not even able to log on to check on my withdrawls.
