Cashed out on August 29 and September 1 and been checking for approval, but still not approved. Got a hold of chat and was told I need a bank statement, so it was sent through email about 5 days ago.
Then checked again today with chat, now they need 3 months worth of bank statements and then he said he will approve 1 cash out for 2500.
So, I sent them through chat now I got an email saying they don’t accept joint bank accounts even though my last cashout through them is the same account with my husbands name on it, they just had me send picture of his iD..
My cashout are 1 for 2500 and another for 1400.
