In the last days of February I managed to win in the Royal Ace Casino 500 $. The approval of the payment took more than 15 days from the date of sending the documents. After the payment was approved, I already expected that the payment would take no more than 10 days, as it is written in the conditions and policy of the casino. But I was wrong, because it's been a month and I still have not received any money. This is a very serious delay in the payment of this gambling establishment. Therefore, I appeal to the AskGamblers administration for help in paying my winnings.
