Originally filed request on $950 win. Changed amount to $800. All documents were sent and Hooyu ID confirmation completed. I've inquired several times and no one answers after their 5 day period. Called the 800 number twice and left message for call back. I've done live chat and rudely get disconnected. One rep said the other took a break....right in the middle of conversing the issue???? $800 isn't a lot of money but it is when you're 65 and need an eye exam for yourself and your 91 year old mother. All i want is the money i won.

I've checked on your account and i see your payment has been sent to our processor: 1/29 Paid $718 + no Service Fee for transaction #44863531. I would expect to have tracking for this, early next week (possibly sooner). As soon as your tracking comes through, I'll be back with an update.
