On 10/17/18 I made a $30 deposit and got a promo of I believe 300% won $1100+ made withdrawal of 1100 and sent in all docs, the following morning I tried to log in and my account is now locked. I called and got voice mail I would like to know what the problem is because this is not right. When will I get the wire transfer that I requested. There is no reason to lock my account, I did what was asked to obtain my winnings and of course there is a problem as I would expect after reading the reviews. Wish I had read them before making my deposit and playing, at this moment this is very upsetting

I've checked on your account and I see there are two issues, both leading to the same outcome.
First, your deposit was never collected by the casino--it was declined by your bank and as such, you would not be eligible for the withdrawal.
Further, you have multiple accounts with the casino, which is strictly forbidden. This in and of itself would be sufficient to void your withdrawal.

5. Only one real account per Player is permitted. Multiple accounts will be closed. Players who register multiple accounts (including accounts with different personal details) will not be eligible to receive any winnings, and all withdrawals will be cancelled.
