After several attempts and denials to cash out a bonus with all playthrough requirements met I was approved on 10-3-22,as I had to go thru the verification 2x for some reason. Now it's 12-3-22 and 2 emails I got no response too, I decided to go to chat online and for the past 2 weeks can't even chat as if my button for chat has been disconnected. It's only a 100$ but I won it fair and square and I just wanna be paid. Really thought I found a good place to gamble but apparently not.
