Back on August 2, 2024, I requested a withdrawal of $1,000.
The option was bank wire. I was told to send in my driver's license, debit card, and utility bill. Sent everything in.
My withdrawal was approved.
I've asked several times when the wire will be made. I've been told a dozen times that the withdrawal has been approved. They're waiting for the 3rd party to send the wire. I've asked if there's anything I can do to move this along. All I'm ever told is that they will reescalate the approval. 7-10 days for an approval to withdraw. 7-10 days for the wire to reach your account. I've been told that too many times.
We're going on 7 weeks. This is crazy!
I was an active player for a while. I've slowed down my playing at Royal Ace Casino because I'm beginning to feel like that place is a scam.
Please help me get my money.
