Withdrawal cancelled and verification delayed over a month now

Hello,

Im having serious problems with Romibet Casino. I made my first deposit 15.2.2026 20e and played successfully to get 1000e withdrawal. I made two 500e withdrawal attempts and they cancelled both after 3 days. After that they asked to verify my account. I sent all details including ID, adress­(el­ect­ric­bill), selfies with id-card and casino on backround. Also screenshot of payment with 5 month bank statements. Still my account is not verified and its over a month now. I dont know how to get access to the KYC-team. Chat does not help at all. They dont have direct access to KYC-Team. I dont get any updates via email... There is nothing to verify and my withdrawal page is blocked.

Here we go again. My first withdrawal got cancelled. What now? I made new withdrawal and there is also the second one also pending. So there is two withdrawals now. Any infos?
