Withdrawal cancelled and verification delayed over a month now

Hello,

Im having serious problems with Romibet Casino. I made my first deposit 15.2.2026 20e and played successfully to get 1000e withdrawal. I made two 500e withdrawal attempts and they cancelled both after 3 days. After that they asked to verify my account. I sent all details including ID, adress(electricbill), selfies with id-card and casino on backround. Also screenshot of payment with 5 month bank statements. Still my account is not verified and its over a month now. I dont know how to get access to the KYC-team. Chat does not help at all. They dont have direct access to KYC-Team. I dont get any updates via email... There is nothing to verify and my withdrawal page is blocked.

Here we go again. My first withdrawal got cancelled. What now? I made new withdrawal and there is also the second one also pending. So there is two withdrawals now. Any infos?

Withdrawal delayed for 80 hours now

They promise to procees withdrawals within 72 hours however i've now waited 80 hours. I made a request 18.3. 4:57 am. I contacted live chat but they only say it is aimed to Be processed within 72 hours but i dont believe they gonna do anything without a complaint. I have had same kind of issues with their other casinos in past.

Verification delayed over 30days for no reason

I had a large win on Romibet first withdrawal was quick while second one was pending they blocked me from any other withdrawals said I had to wait for verification link. Took seven working days for that then ten more to review the docs and then requested more and now I’m in limbo again.

I can’t get a straight answer off anyone and nobody tells me exactly why the first set got rejected.

They told me they wouldn’t release my pending withdrawal or unblock my withdrawals till verification was complete but they released my pending withdrawal last Friday. I feel like they are doing everything to make it hard for me to resolve the issue I email and give them the time and hear nothing or a scripted answer

More than 30 days withdrawal

Hello. I have requested a withdrawal on this site for 160.000 HUF. The process has been going on for more than 30 days. I am more and more frustrated because i got every single other withdrawal that i made on other sites. I demand that this process be done asap. Also, contacting their customer support by this issue is the same thing every time: We are terribly sorry and understand this may cause frustrations.

Well at least they are very clear that I'm very frustrated about this. Alright, they pay out my money and we go our separate ways, but god forbid, i forget to pay something i need to pay 10x the initial money i owed. I'm more than annoyed by this. I made the request on august 28, and it is october already yet no money. Now tell me who handles a transaction that long? Someone also hacked my account and cancelled 2 of my 160k withdraws which could've been easily avoided.
