Verification delayed over 30days for no reason

I had a large win on Romibet first withdrawal was quick while second one was pending they blocked me from any other withdrawals said I had to wait for verification link. Took seven working days for that then ten more to review the docs and then requested more and now I’m in limbo again.

I can’t get a straight answer off anyone and nobody tells me exactly why the first set got rejected.

They told me they wouldn’t release my pending withdrawal or unblock my withdrawals till verification was complete but they released my pending withdrawal last Friday. I feel like they are doing everything to make it hard for me to resolve the issue I email and give them the time and hear nothing or a scripted answer

Hi thanks for help and thanks to Romibet for being involved as of today there is still 10000 left to come out but Romibet in fairness to them are now sticking to the timeframe they state on their website I hope this continues moving forward but as for now they have acted in a way that has fixed the situation. I am glad we were able to work thru this lengthy problem as aside from this I enjoy playing on Romibet casino
