Verification taking too long and non payment of winnings
Thanks ask gamblers for the platform. Let me get straight to it. On the 21st of Aug, i made a withdrawal, which got rejected on the 27th Aug, due to missing information concerning my Neteller account. I submitted my neteller account details straight after getting the information. However, i had put my funds into play. On the 2nd of september i placed another witdrawal, above R18000. On the 09th, it was rejected. I was sent an email stating that management reserved the right to select accounts with pending withdrawals, for further verification etc. Read the terms and conditions, understood that the process would take about 7 days.. As i was waiting for the verification, i put my funds into play again, won over R34000 and placed a withdrawal of of R34000. Today, the 18th marks the end of the 7 business day since the verification from management, wherein my account was randomly selected, but until today i haven't recieved any communication from them. I'm pretty new on rich casino and all my documents have been uploaded and verified, and are less than 6 months old. I would be very grateful if Rich Casino could honour their Payouts or at least give me proper feedback/ communication. The staff on live-chat aren't really helpful. Ask gamblers please help me with the issue. Waiting period is way too long and energy draining. Thank you.
