Refusing to accept my withdrawals, giving no reasons why
After completing the playthrough amount on a deposit I made, I withdrew $5000 of my winnings. After submitting all the required documentation, Credit card voucher, Drivers Lic, copy of the credit card I use and a recent utility bill, for a withdrawal from Rich Casino, my withdrawal request was denied, without explanation, and returned to my account.
The security department requested I submit a credit card voucher for 2 of their affiliate casinos Thebes and Casino Moon. I submitted the vouchers, copies of my id, the credit card I use and an utility bill. Again they rejected my withdrawal, with no explanation, after accepting all my documentation verified via email, they still refuse to accept my withdrawal. This has happened 5 times now and each time there is no explanation for the rejection.
Their live chat accepts a question and replies "checking" and never comes back. The livechat is worthless at best.
I have contacted both the Security and Accounting departments and never receive a satisfactory answer.
