I requested a withdrawal of R21000 on the 08 August 2019. My account was fully verified and all documents required were approved. On 12 August 2019 my withdrawal request was declined due to not submitting my ecopays id. It was not requested from me. When I tried to get more information from the live chat operator they say " your withdrawal will be processed as soon as possible". Today the 15 August 2019 the live chat agent sends me a message saying " security and management reserve the right to choose accounts with pending payouts randomly for an additional verification process" please assist.
