Multiple reversals and getting the runaround with $1,130 withdrawal
I’ve been playing at rich casino for a good couple of years now but I’ve never withdrawn I’ve lost a lot but have just enjoyed playing the games. 2 weeks ago I won’t $700 I though I’d take it out for once but gambling got the best of me and I returned it to my account and continued playing. During the couple of days I had it pending I checked with staff who had told me all of my details and documents were upto date and everything looked good (great to know I case later on I decided to withdraw).
On the 31/03/2019 I had been playing the games for ages and managed to get my account over $1000,00 so I decided to withdraw it. 3 days later it was back in my account no contact from the staff I had to contact to ask why. I was told my utility bill was out of date and I needed to send a new one. Okay fair enough I was not happy because I’d confirmed everything only a week or so before making this withdrawal so I went ahead and send an updated utility bill and got confirmation that it was all approved. Once approved my withdrawal had to be done again during the time of reversal I had been playing a game and had it upto 200 so I decided to cash out $1,130 ($30) to covered the wire transfer. Today 9/4/2019 my withdrawal was then again returned no contact for support again so I got on chat to ask. Was told I needed a voucher for my debit card I use to play at the casino never was I told about this before all the required documents were received as requested by the casino. I was so frustrated as all the staff keep telling me I will get my money but it seems like a very slim chance of actually receiving it! I’ve had to email them through personal documents they won’t let me upload them direct to the platform and the service in instant chat has been appalling everytime I log on they just try and get me to make additional deposits. All I want is the money I won fair and square.
